This is the place to go for a special occasion or a date night. Dim lighting, soft electronic music, and large wooden tables spread around the covered patio and open garden area (just a few steps from the ocean) make this a wonderfully romantic place to dine. And the food is superb. It arrives from two distinct places: a small kitchen in the owners’ home behind the dining area, and a large outdoor grill and wood-burning oven. The menu is handwritten every day and adapts to what’s fresh and available. You might find some fresh-caught octopus grilled and served over crostini, or slow-cooked pork ribs in a rum-and-honey glaze. Seafood is the main draw here, and the whole grilled fresh catch of the day is hard to top.
