Arriving -- If you’re driving from Quimper, go southeast on N165 and follow signs into Pont-Aven. From Quimperlé, head west along D783 until N165 and follow signs. SNCF trains (www.sncf-connect.com; tel. 36-35) stop at Quimper, where you can transfer to between two to four daily buses to Pont Aven. The trip, via Concarneau, takes an hour and a one-way is fare 2.50€ (www.breizhgo.bzh; tel. 02-99-30-03-00).
