Hotels in Punta Arenas

In general, lodging in Punta Arenas is expensive for the caliber of accommodations available. For hostels not mentioned, however, check with the Tourism Office for recommendations. Note that many hotels are willing to negotiate a price. There is a massive new hotel and casino being completed near the port, slated to be opened in late 2009, though that date may change.
