This ultra-chic wine bar and restaurant is housed in what looks like a plush seashell. The creations by chef and owner Franco Seccarelli are as inspired as the setting. We love the pasta, from penne with pancetta in vodka sauce to the paccheri alla matriciana,, and entrees, which range from veal scaloppini to parsley lamb chops to halibut in yellow pepper sauce, hit uncanny highs. There is also rich risotto and heavenly desserts, as well as friendly, efficient service.
