From San Salvador or stops along Carretera Panamericana (the Pan-American Highway - CA-1), take bus no. 301 approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes west to San Miguel ($2.20).
If driving from San Salvador, head 2 1/2 hours east along Hwy. CA-1, also known as the Pan-American Highway, and follow the signs.
