Hotels in San Vicente

The best place to stay in town is Posada Don Pablito (Blvd. Jacinto Castellanos #25, Lotificación Vaquerano; tel. 503/2362-7700). This 28-room hotel is a fairly typical independently owned property -- think basic, but clean and comfortable -- but it does have nice-size rooms with air-conditioning and TV, and a restaurant, and is the hotel of choice for organizations such as USAID and Habitat for Humanity. Rooms are $23 to $59 a night. You might also be tempted to stay at the Central Park Hotel on the square. Don't be; it's not very nice.
