Getting There -- Bagheria is generally the gateway for visitors continuing on to Solunto. By train, Solunto is one stop beyond Bagheria on the Santa Flavia-Solunto-Porticello line. Once you get off the train, go over the tracks and head toward the sea. In 300m (984 ft.), you'll see a signpost pointing to the ruins. From here, it's a 15- to 20-minute hike to the site.

Motorists generally arrive first in Bagheria. Solunto is signposted from Piazza Garibaldi at the entrance to Villa Palagonia in Bagheria. You can also reach Solunto by taking SS113 east from Palermo toward Porticello.
