In late 2015, this popular bistro, long located overlooking the shimmering waters of the Marigot channel in Sandy Ground, moved to its chic new surrounds on the St. Maarten side in Porto Cupecoy. Terrace diners still have sparkling water views, and Chef Mario Tardif continues his wizardry in the kitchen. Start with the warm wahoo sashimi or the portobello carpaccio. For mains, try the seafood bouillabaisse with red Thai curry or the brisket a la bourguignonne with porcini mushrooms. Reservations recommended.
