Entre dos Aguas

This beautiful boutique hotel next to the convent of Santo Domingo was the home of the legendary flamenco guitarist Paco de Lucía, who died in 2014. It is named after his 1970s masterpiece, and his presence and music are all around. The public areas of the handsome 15th-century house, set around a central patio, are decorated in flamboyant Andalucian style, while the wood-beamed guest rooms are cool and calming. A peaceful terrace has sunset views across the rooftops. The hotel also offers treatment packages at a nearby Arab baths, has a small Japanese-style open bar restaurant, and regularly stages live flamenco.
