Nearby Málaga airport serves Torremolinos.

Frequent trains to Torremolinos run from both the airport and the Málaga train station.

Buses also run frequently between Málaga and Torremolinos.

Drivers should take the N-340/E-15 west from Málaga or the N-340/E-15 east from Marbella. Driving around Torremolinos in a car is no way to spend a relaxing holiday. However, if you're a daredevil in traffic, you might find a bike or scooter rental useful. Be extremely careful, however, as the road conditions along Carretera de Cádiz are extremely dangerous.

The tourist information office at Plaza del Lido (tel. 95-237-19-09) is open daily 9:30am‒2pm and 6‒8pm (in winter Mon–Fri 9:30am–2pm).
