There's no sophisticated nightlife on the Tremiti, but that also means you don't have to dress to the nines to fit in as you do at other, more chic Italian seaside locales. What action there is, however, is concentrated on San Domino; partying at the monastery of San Nicola is frowned upon. Start with an aperitivo at Era Ora (Piazza Sandro Pertini 6; tel. 347/7314783), then, after dinner, dancing queens can choose from one of the two open-air discoteche on San Domino, A' Furmicula, in the pinewoods outside town (tel. 0882/463312), or Diomede, on the main square (Piazza Sandro Pertini 1; tel. 0882/463403).
