The magical spot may not be beachside—it's on the wooden terrace of a Creole cottage in a centrally located Grace Bay shopping plaza—but it's a wonderful spot to dine nonetheless, as much for the festive ambiance as for the upscale food. Chef Max Olivari specializes in Mediterranean flavors and has a deft touch with fresh seafood; recent dishes have included a yellowfin tuna tartare with mango salsa; homemade quadrucci pasta with rock shrimp, artichokes, and fresh tomatoes; and a Mediterranean seafood casserole with white wine, olives, capers, and parsley. Chef Olivari weaves in local specials like conch chowder, here flavored with Bambarra gold rum. Reservations are recommended.
