A beachside setting and a talented chef have made the Bohio Dive Resort restaurant a destination dining spot. With windows looking out onto Pillory Beach, the amber-hued dining room has tile floors, wood-plank ceilings, and mint-green walls. South African chef Jorika Mhende specializes in fashioning globe-trotting dishes out of local ingredients. You can get paella, grilled or blackened fish, big Black Angus T-bones, and East Indian–inspired dishes like chicken tiki masala. Lunch specials range from fish potpie to pasta with meatballs; a hearty curried conch with peas and rice is on tap for Sunday lunch. A Sunday reggae BBQ is accompanied by a rake-and-scrape band for dancing and dining.
