Best Hotels at Universal Epic Universe

The three purpose-built hotels that serve Epic Universe theme park are a 10-minute free shuttle bus ride away from the rest of the Universal Orlando Resort hotels via express lanes (buses depart about every 10 minutes all day), but they aren't within walking distance to things like restaurants and shopping. What they do have is proximity to Epic Universe. In fact, the most expensive of the three, Universal Helios Grand Hotel, directly overlooks the park on one side and has an entrance via its lobby.

Perhaps because they were built simultaneously alongside an entire theme park and were a part of an already enormous budget, the architecture, landscaping, and theming of the Epic Universe hotels isn't as transporting as the hotels with closer connections to Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios Florida, and Volcano Bay. So if you're looking for romantic, resort-like settings with rich foliage, and romantic nooks, the other Universal hotels should be your choice. But for quick access to Epic Universe, these three hotels (the pricey Helios Grand along with the affordable Stella Nova and Terra Luna) are the place to be.
