Planning a trip to Valence

Getting There — Trains take 1 hr. from Lyon. For information, visit www.oui.sncf or call tel. 36-35 (.40€/min.). If you’re driving from Lyon, take A7 south. If you’re travelling to Valence from Lyon by train, beware the TGV station: a 20-min. taxi ride costs between 33€ to 43€. It will be quicker and cheaper to take a regional TER train straight to Valence’s city center.
