Restaurants in Valence

It’s unusual for a small market town to have a Michelin-starred restaurant, but Valence has three: the world-famous Maison Pic, the intimate Flaveurs, 32 Grande Rue (https://baptistepoinot.com; tel. 04-75-56-08-40), and the well-regarded La Cachette, 12 rue des Cévennes (www.lacachette-valence.fr; tel. 04-75-55-24-13) whose cozy sister restaurant, Le Bac à Traille (a couple of doors away on the same street) is also celebrated.
