Getting There
Visitors often drive here because Auxerre is near A6/E1 (Autoroute du Soleil). Many trains between Paris (Gare de Lyon) and Lyon stop at Auxerre. There are 12 trains per day from Paris (the fare is 23€/$33 one-way) and from Lyon via Dijon (41€/$59 one-way); trip time from either city is 3 to 5 hours.
