Frommer's Review
On the outskirts of the village of Les Imberts, this restaurant occupies an 18th-century Provençal mas whose cherry trees and vines still produce good fruit. It has a sun-flooded dining room, with additional seating that spills over into the verdant garden. The menu is based on fresh ingredients and includes cassoulet of asparagus and herbs with a medley of other (strictly seasonal) ingredients, charlotte of lamb with Provençal herbs, and a tarte à l'envers (upside-down tart) of roast rabbit with black-olive tapenade. Things here are small-scale and just a wee bit fussy, but overall, the food is very good and the staff is friendly.
