Near the Kapital , this is a one-story nightclub with a confetti-colored decor and a mixed clientele. The elite mingle with everyday folk who are just looking for love and good music. What you see is what you get -- comfortable seating, cooperative bartenders skilled at mixing anything you can think of, and an appealing mixture of rock 'n' roll, garage, hip-hop, and, on rare occasions, even reggae. Surprisingly, the place is less dance oriented than you might think -- many patrons come to watch and listen, not to get down. It's open Tuesday to Saturday 10pm to 6am.
