In the heart of Notting Hill, this hip, upmarket B&B lies in a stucco-fronted Edwardian house in the fashionable part of Westbourne Grove. Much of the family atmosphere of the original private home has been retained, and midsize bedrooms are comfortable, with understated style. But this is not your typical B&B: Private bathrooms have toiletries supplied by the chic nearby shop, Space NK; room service is provided by Alastair Little's acclaimed Italian deli, Tavola; and MyChocolate chocolatiers offer a "chocolate-making" workshop to parties that book all 20 rooms. Even if you're not a guest, drop in to the ground-floor 1950s-styled bar, created by the savvy entrepreneurs of Woody's and the Bush Bar and Grill.
