Frommer's Review
This bustling pub and restaurant is hailed as the bar that jump-started the increasingly fashionable Shoreditch scene. Businesspeople commuting from their jobs in the City mix with East End trendoids in the early evening at what has been called a "gastro pub/pre-club bar." Wooden tables and benches are found up front, although the Red Lounge is more comfortable, as patrons of various ages lounge on Chesterfield chairs. The urban beat is courtesy of the house DJ. The restaurant and tapas menus are first rate.
