On the fringe of Soho and in spite of its kitschy decor, this is one of the hottest bars in London. Its decor has been compared to a psychedelic Christmas show, but its cocktail menu is among the finest in town. Some of the concoctions are based on recipes served in the West Indies in the 1800s. Fortunately, "Millionaire Cocktail," one of the bartender's specialties, doesn't cost that.
