Above a fish market, this favorite of students of Pamplona serves the best vegetable platters in town, including vegan or gluten-free offerings for those who desire that. Only the freshest vegetables from the bountiful countryside are used. Start with one of the soothing mixed fresh fruit juices (the pomegranate is heavenly) and follow with a selection of well-prepared dishes that make lavish use of fresh salad greens as well as beans and other produce. During the running of the bulls, the chefs even offer meat, poultry, and seafood. This is mainly a lunch eatery, but it does serve dinner 2 nights a week.
