Ooloonthoo ReviewOoloonthoo is probably the best restaurant in Roatán. Canadian chef Paul James and his Indian wife have done such a good job of giving this restaurant an authentic Indian coastal feel, you might just think you're in Goa while dining here. The decor is simple, with little touches like background Indian music, silk saris draped across the ceiling, and banana leaves strewn on the tables all adding to the am-I-still-in-Honduras ambience. Curries made from scratch dominate the menu, such as the Rogan Josh or pork vindaloo, while other highlights include Tandoori Cornish game hen and murgh masala, a mild northern Indian chicken dish.
