Hotel El Xalet

Right in the town center, this little charmer (the name is pronounced like "chalet") is about a 10-minute stroll from the nearest good beach. A happy blend of contemporary comfort and traditional styling, the modernist building is from the early 20th century, with both Gothic and Art Nouveau architectural adornments. Passersby may think it's a Gothic church because of its ornate stonework, intricate carvings, and towering spires. Antique mosaics and marble decorate the lobby and reception.
