Frommer's Review
This restaurant is an honest establishment where well-trained waiters serve good-quality, reasonably priced food. Set in the center of Valencia, it serves up such dishes as hake with clams, partridge with herbs in puff pastry, oxtail stew, fried filets of veal or pork, scrambled eggs with eggplant and shrimp, and seasonal vegetables.
