Frommer's Review
This turn-of-the-20th-century hotel, the former palace of the duke and duchess of Cardona, has aged well. In the heart of Old Valencia, it stands opposite another Churrigueresque palace. Guest rooms vary in size. Most overlook the tree-lined street and offer comforts such as sofa beds with fine linens and immaculately kept bathrooms equipped with tub/shower combos. Ask for a room with a view of one of the city's many palaces. The service is discreet and polite.
