T Paul’s Supper Club
There’s a quirky kind of glamour to this eatery, with its light sculptures, whimsical art works, and soaring ceiling. That’s enhanced on the nights when live music accompanies the meal (what makes this a “club” we assume). So what if the menu is all over the place, with Caribbean, Mexican, Southern, and Pacific Northwest offerings? Many of the dishes are quite toothsome, like the Cajun halibut tacos and the big-enough-for-two Boom Boom Salad, which is greens, chopped apple, pear, strawberry, red onion, bacon, cheese, and either chicken or shrimp. The burgers and sandwiches are solid and, in keeping with the supper-club shtick, several kinds of steak are available.
