This upscale Escazú restaurant and market specializes in artisanal dishes like housemade pastas and foods grilled in a wood-fired oven, which are available to eat in or take out. There is a long list of Argentine baked goods, like empanadas or media lunas (croissants), as well as nicely charred meats and sausages. Prices are a bit higher than the standard carryout spot or deli, but when you see the quality of the ingredients and the amount of work that goes into their preparation through the open kitchen you immediately understand why.
