Climb the iron staircase on the backside of the building and open the backdoor to a world of high-class bayou vibes. Dip into Southern delicacies like fried green tomatoes, the best she-crab soup in town (laced with all the cream and sherry), and follow that up with flawlessly executed dishes like Atlantic Salmon with butter-caper cream sauce and Cajun Abita Shrimp.
