Rice plates, red and green curries, and noodle dishes fill the extensive menu at this busy Asian bistro that recently opened in the White Station area of East Memphis. Eat inside the pleasant dining room, or call ahead for take-out orders, which are meticulously packaged, sacked, and securely taped shut -- and include chopsticks. Crab-cheese wontons and pot stickers are more traditional appetizers, but my favorite is the basil rolls -- glass noodles, cucumbers, carrots, bean sprouts, and a fresh basil leaf wrapped in rice paper. An order of two comes with peanut and sweet-chili dipping sauces. An ice cooler by the cash register is stocked with bottles of beer and other cold drinks. Everything I've sampled here is delicious, giving me high hopes that this place will stay in business for years to come.
