Think of Gyu Kaku as a do-it-yourself Benihana. In front of you is a grill, you’re served meats, vegetables, and/or fish (your choice), and you get to cook it yourself—no fancy knife skills required. Kids love the experience, as it’s interactive, but adults do, too, because the quality of the ingredients is high and the dipping sauces are phenomenal. A fun night out.
