A bustling, very Gallic-looking bistro in downtown West Palm, Pistache is brunch central, especially on Saturdays for the unlimited rose brunch. Hungry folk gobble up steak and eggs then, and those with a lighter appetite can sip a café au lait and pick on a freshly baked croissant with jam and butter. Lunch, dinner, and drinks here are also very popular with the young professional set. Best grub then: the happily cheesy onion soup, and the perfectly cooked steak frites. An excellent selection of charcuterie and wines by the glass make for a nice afternoon snack stop. Happy hour (daily 4:30–6:30pm at the bar) means two-for-one drinks and two for $25 small plates. Moules Mondays features all you can eat mussels.
