This historic restaurant had hosted a century’s worth of Parisian notables when renowned chef Alain Ducasse took the helm in 2005. Mirrors, zinc, and tiles still line the venerable dining room, while the menu features beautifully executed bistro classics. Escargots (snails) in garlic butter and brill braised with Jura wine share the stage with homemade cassoulet and beef filet bordelaise.
