It used to be the only haute couture in the Meatpacking District, but Jeffrey New York still stands out for its impeccable merchandise. This outpost of the famed Atlanta megaboutique caters to the Barneys crowd, with prices to match on great clothes, accessories, and shoes galore. The collection is mostly geared to women, with a modest makeup counter to boot—but there’s a stylin’ men’s department, too.
