Frommer's Review
This hotel isn't for light sleepers -- it's in one of the liveliest sections of town, a short walk from the train station. It's usually filled with budget travelers, including many students from northern Europe. The lobby level has professional French billiards, heavy Spanish furniture, and a view of a small courtyard. From your window or terrace, you can view the promenades below. The small rooms, which contain tub/shower combos, are furnished in a simple, functional style -- nothing special, but the price is right.
