Frommer's Review
One of the top hotels in town, the Palafox looks somewhat like an apartment house. It was inaugurated in 1982 and rates five stars from the government. A favorite of business travelers, it frequently hosts local events such as fashion shows. The midsize rooms have sleek traditional styling and are well maintained and comfortable, with quality beds.
