Directly behind Zlatni Rat beach, Mali Raj (“Little Paradise”) occupies a complex of old stone buildings, set in a garden with stone terraces and lemon trees. The menu covers Dalmatian seafood and meat specialties, plus a few Istrian dishes featuring truffles. It is a bit more expensive than most of the restaurants in the village of Bol, but the setting is enchanting, and the proximity to the beach makes it very convenient for a late lunch or early supper.
