The famed Roca brothers first launched their exquisite cuisine at El Celler de Can Roca, a Michelin-starred eatery near Girona. Moo, their second restaurant, is located in Barcelona's applauded Hotel Omm. All the dishes, from organic chicken with olives and mango to monkfish accompanied by wild mushrooms, are available in half-size portions, so you can create your own menú de degustación. Sample the set menu "Joan Roca" -- five delightful dishes with wine recommended by Moo's talented sommelier Jordi Paronella.
