Once the 16th-century palace of the archbishop of Seville, this hotel is behind the cathedral in the old Jewish Quarter of Santa Cruz. Renovations have added modern amenities, but many of the Andalusian touches have been retained. In this category of antique hotels, we prefer the Casa Imperial, but what you get here isn't bad.
