Windsor Hotel & Tower ReviewThis centrally located hotel is the best choice near Plaza San Martín. Ask for a room in the more modern tower, built in 1999, rather than in the "Classic" section, where the rooms are ridiculously small. Rooms with king-size beds are larger than those with two twins. Also new are the rooftop pool, fitness room, and sauna. The fifth-floor Oxford restaurant enjoys an impressive view of the city, with good international cuisine. Piano music fills the lobby after 9pm, and the hotel staff will organize city tours and mountain excursions.
