Order a beer and a basket of wings or call ahead and take home a couple hundred of these succulent chicken drummies and tips, deep-fried and slathered in mild, hot, or “suicidal” red sauces. Entrepreneur David Boyd and his wife, Leticia, started D’Bo’s in 1990, selling wings out of a food trailer at area festivals before setting up this brick-and-mortar. If wings aren’t your thing, D’Bo’s has great burgers and fries. A second location is closer to East Memphis, at 7050 Malco Crossing ([tel] 914/363-8700).
