This busy brewpub looks just like a brewpub should, a little funky—it's had a hang glider suspended from the ceiling for years—and serves up great pub food, from burgers to Cajun chicken to steaks and ribs—and all at reasonable prices. There are vegetarian items, such as the hummus wrap and basil pesto linguine, and a few spicy Mexican dishes including a chile verde burrito. Beer is brewed onsite, and we're happy to report that you can now drink full-strength beer in the brewery's restaurant and bar (not to be confused with that 3.2 percent slop Utah state officials mistakenly thought was drinkable and is still all you can buy in grocery stores). We especially recommend the brewery's very hoppy IPA.
