This grownup, wood-paneled bar/restaurant/British library is an oasis of civility just off Bourbon Street. We can’t help but order something with gin from the long martini list, and a boudin Scotch egg from the $4 happy-hour menu (the food is quite good). We’re supremely fond of the fetching curtained back booths, and any day when David Boeddinghaus is manning the upright piano.
