This village of 18 green-roofed Creole-style villas boasts a spacious garden sprawl that spills down to the beautiful beach at Orient Bay. Each low-rise villa is split into four units and comes with its own communal pool, a nice option for large families or groups who desire a little privacy. Rooms are spacious, with tile floors, Creole-style wooden beds, and high-pitched ceilings. Suites come with fully equipped kitchens, and all other units have kitchenettes with fridges, electric hot plates, and ovens. Most rooms have garden or pool views; if you want to sleep by the sea, request an Ocean Front Room. Onsite is L'Astrolabe, one of the island's top fine-dining destinations. Both the Esmeralda and the Alamanda offer discount tickets to the beach cafés on Orient Bay. The resort is closed in September.
