This divey spot specializes in typical Boyacá dishes including mazamorra chiquita (well-cooked corn, often in a milky broth), cuchuco de trigo con espinosa (wheat/potato vegetable soup), and cocido boyacense (a sort of sampler platter that includes soup, potato, beef or pork, and rice). Rincón del Bachue has its own mini-greenhouse, a ceramics workshop, several dining rooms—including an outdoor eating area—and even offers guest rooms during high season.
