Visitor Information
The Westland National Park Visitor Centre and i-SITE, State Highway 6 (tel. 03/752-0796; www.doc.govt.nz), is in the center of the village. Their displays, literature, and activities are essential to a full appreciation of the area; they're open daily in summer 8:30am to 6pm, in winter 8:30am to 5pm.
