Arriving — Troyes is a 2.5-hr. drive southeast from Paris via the A5 autoroute. It’s most easily reached by train, with departures out of Paris’s Gare de l’Est roughly every 2 hours (trip time: 1.5 hr.). Unfortunately, from Reims and Epernay you must go back through Paris. For information, visit www.sncf-connect.com or call tel. 36-35. For information on bus service linking Troyes to other towns in Champagne, visit fluo.eu
. A direct bus to Reims several times a day (trip time: 2 hr.) is much quicker than getting the train.

Visitor Information — The Maison de Tourisme is situated in a beautiful half-timbered building at 16 rue Aristide-Briand (troyeslachampagne.com; 03-25-82-62-70; closed Sun Nov–Easter).
